TBGCRM is The Basta Group’s private customer relationship management application, used by Sylvia and Sam. It brings contact history, appointments, event registrations and follow-up tasks together to support their work with clients and professional partners.
What it does
Organizes contacts and relationship history, prepares follow-up work, tracks listing and transaction tasks, and supports events and authorized communications, including newsletters.
The connected assistant can help find relevant information, prepare summaries and draft materials.
Why it connects to Google
With the account holder’s permission, TBGCRM uses Gmail for correspondence, Google Calendar for appointments, Google Forms for registrations, and Google Contacts for contact management.
Google access supports these CRM features. The privacy policy explains the data involved and how it is handled.

This website describes TBGCRM and its privacy practices. It does not provide access to CRM records, email, calendars or a public sign-in. The CRM runs on The Basta Group’s authorized Mac, with access limited to authorized users.
